Prince Has Some Interesting Views On Homosexuality
Wow, coming from a man flamboyant enough to make Russell Brand look like a masculine, Carhartt-and-suspenders-wearing lumberjack, this strikes me as odd...and hilarious...maybe a little self hating. I mean he's not only insulting his fans, he's insulting his entire fucking wardrobe. And face. And career. From an interview with the New Yorker:
When asked about his perspective on social issues—gay marriage, abortion—Prince tapped his Bible and said, “God came to earth and saw people sticking it wherever and doing it with whatever, and he just cleared it all out. He was, like, ‘Enough.’ ”
Gee, what a compelling, articulate, and well thought out argument, Prince. You make it sound like God was cleaning out a cluttered cabinet. You should be a political pundit. I bet Fox News is hiring!
